Tickets and packages can only be purchased through Moshtix.com.au. If you require assistance and/or prefer to make your booking over the phone, please call 07 3010 6600 during our office hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00).
Tickets are now on sale for our first three Trails. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when further Trails events are announced.

Children under 5 years old are free. Tickets for children over 5 years old can be purchased under the Concession price.

If an event has been postponed and you can no longer attend you are eligible for a full refund. Ticketholders will be informed on how to proceed via email.
Australian Consumer Law does not require a refund or other remedy to be provided to ticketholders if they cannot attend an event because a government directive requires them to self-isolate, for example, because they have contracted COVID-19 or are a close contact.
If you can no longer attend due to other reasons (including a COVID-related directive requiring your to self-isolate), you may not be eligible for a refund.

Select the 'Manage Tickets' option on the upper right hand side, select the Reissue option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details. 3. This allows you to put your tickets at back into the pool for sale to interested patrons. 1. Login to your Moshtix account and click 'Manage Tickets' 2. Click 'Re-sell' and select all the tickets you wish to be placed on the resale facility 3. Lastly, click 'List Ticket for Resale'. There is a $5 fee for this option. More info here.
The option to put your ticket up for resale is at the sole discretion of the event organiser and not all tickets/events may be eligible for resale.

Due to the more intimate nature of the Qld Music Festivals events, we do have limited capacity and tickets available for each event.
As per the Terms and Conditions and the Live Performance Australia Industry Code, we are unable to issue refunds unless the event is postponed/cancelled due to weather or changes to COVID protocols as guided by the Queensland Government. Yes! You can re-issue you ticket through your Moshtix account. NOTE: The ticket reissue facility will close at the end of online ticket sales or within 48 hours of the event start time. So, make sure you complete the below process within that window to avoid issues at the gate.

We are unable to verify the validity of tickets that have been purchased via an unauthorised ticket reseller. Other resale sites such as Viagogo are not official resellers and are not endorsed by us or our venues. We retain the right to cancel tickets purchased via unauthorised ticket resellers.
