Yes! Yarrabah Music & Cultural Festival has a nominal cost associated with it this year. Please purchase your tickets via Moshtix here.
The gates open at 11AM AEST until 5:45PM AEST. Stage times will be announced closer to the event.
Be prepared to present tickets (digital or printed) at the gates. Other than that, we advise patrons to travel light and only bring water, sunscreen, something to keep you warm in the evenings & tropical strength insect repellent!
You're also welcome to bring chairs and umbrellas for your comfort.
Please note BYO food is strictly prohibited, however for families with children U5, light snacks are permitted.
The show will proceed with light rain. In the event of heavy rain or storm during event time, the show may be delayed. Bring a rain poncho!

Tickets to Qld Music Trails event can only be booked via Moshtix.com.au.

If an event has been postponed and you can no longer attend you are eligible for a full refund. Ticketholders will be informed on how to proceed via email.
Australian Consumer Law does not require a refund or other remedy to be provided to ticketholders if they cannot attend an event because a government directive requires them to self-isolate, for example, because they have contracted COVID-19 or are a close contact.
If you can no longer attend due to other reasons (including a COVID-related directive requiring your to self-isolate), you may not be eligible for a refund.

Reissue Your Tickets
This will allow you to re-issue and change the name on your tickets to someone else.
1. Log in to your Moshtix account.
2. Select the 'Manage Tickets' option on the upper right hand side, select the Reissue option, and follow the prompts to enter the new attendee’s details.
3. Once the transaction has been approved, the Reissued tickets will be sent via email to pass on.

Re-sell Your Tickets This allows you to put your tickets at back into the pool for sale to interested patrons.
1. Login to your Moshtix account and click 'Manage Tickets'2. Click 'Re-sell' and select all the tickets you wish to be placed on the resale facility3. Lastly, click 'List Ticket for Resale'. There is a $5 fee for this option.
The option to put your ticket up for resale is at the sole discretion of the event organiser and not all tickets/events may be eligible for resale.

As per the Terms and Conditions and the Live Performance Australia Industry Code, we are unable to issue refunds unless the event is postponed/cancelled due to weather or changes to COVID protocols as guided by the Queensland Government. We are unable to verify the validity of tickets that have been purchased via an unauthorised ticket reseller. Moshtix resale is only available for Moshtix tickets.
Other resale sites such as Viagogo, Tixel are not official resellers and are not endorsed by us or our venues. We retain the right to cancel tickets purchased via unauthorised ticket resellers.
Due to COVID regulations all tickets will be issued electronically via email. There will be box office attendants on the day if you require assistance finding your digital ticket.
Secure Tickets allow you to apply for a full refund on your order should you, or anyone in your party, be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
