Pets (with the exception of registered assistance animals) are strictly prohibited. You will be required to present to box office and security for credentials to be checked prior to entry. All service animals must be restrained at all times whilst within the event.

As we are deep in Queensland's Outback, public transport options are limited. There is parking available onsite at the venue.

If you still can't find your tickets, please submit an event enquiry form with us below with as much detail as possible and we'll help as much as we can.
If an event has been postponed and you can no longer attend you are eligible for a full refund. Ticketholders will be informed on how to proceed via email.
Australian Consumer Law does not require a refund or other remedy to be provided to ticketholders if they cannot attend an event because a government directive requires them to self-isolate, for example, because they have contracted COVID-19 or are a close contact.
If you can no longer attend due to other reasons (including a COVID-related directive requiring your to self-isolate), you may not be eligible for a refund.

Children 5 & Under will get free entry, but still require a ticket. Please note that child tickets are limited to 5 per order.
