Accessibility

#We believe everybody should have a good time
Our team work hard to ensure access needs are taken into account from the moment we dream up an event to the moment you leave the site. From elevated platforms, ramps and pathways, to accessible amenities, companion ticketing and quiet zones we want to make sure you have a safe, relaxing and enjoyable time out on the Trails.
When you purchase a ticket to one of our events, you can use the form below to let us know more about your needs. Our team take a personalised approach to ensure your individual needs are met. If you have any questions while you're at one of our events, our volunteers, box office and front of house staff are very happy to assist.
COMPANION CARDS
Companion cards holders are eligible for a free ticket for all events along the Trails unless otherwise stated. Please advise that you will be using a companion card at the time of booking or reach out via the form below and our team can assist.
