The festival gates open at 5:30pm with performances beginning from 6:00pm through to 9:00pm

The Museum itself is all on one level and is wheelchair accessible, with wide doorways and space within to maneuver with ease. The external space is also wheelchair accessible.

There is on-site parking outside of the Museum.

As we are deep in Queensland's Outback, public transport options are limited. There is parking available onsite at the venue.

If you still can't find your tickets, please submit an event enquiry form with us below with as much detail as possible and we'll help as much as we can.
If an event has been postponed and you can no longer attend you are eligible for a full refund. Ticketholders will be informed on how to proceed via email.
Australian Consumer Law does not require a refund or other remedy to be provided to ticketholders if they cannot attend an event because a government directive requires them to self-isolate, for example, because they have contracted COVID-19 or are a close contact.
If you can no longer attend due to other reasons (including a COVID-related directive requiring your to self-isolate), you may not be eligible for a refund.
