Yes! Your festival entry ticket will give you access to all days at The Long Sunset.
If you need your camping tickets changed into a different name please contact [email protected] as all per person tickets need to reflect your campsite/vehicle pass upon entry to the grounds. Any vehicle without a campsite pass will not be granted entry to camp.

The show will proceed with light rain. In the event of heavy rain or storm during event time, the show may be delayed. We would recommend bringing some wet weather gear!

No. The Long Sunset is a cashless event.
No lockers are available on the event site.
Campers are not permitted to bring tents that will not fit in a standard camp site of 8x4m. This includes, Bell Tents, Commercial grade/large marquees, non-weighted marquees'. Campers please be mindful of the grass and note that standard tent pegs are permitted but no extra large pegs or stakes in the ground.
All additional vehicles that do not have a Vehicle Pass will be turned around at point of entry and be required to park in our overflow car park. Please note that an overflow parking ticket is $10 and can be purchased from the event page.
Yes, they are. Patrons intending to camp will require a valid Campsite ticket per site for the duration of your intended stay in addition to your Event Entry Tickets.
One ticket is equivalent to one person. Please be advised that if you have multiple people camping in one campsite, you will need a camping ticket for every individual.
Please note that some vehicles will be too heavy for the ground to support, and will be directed to the Big Rig camping area that is not in the same location as general camping with car. You will need a separate Big Rig camping ticket to access this area.
Every campsite also requires a Campsite Ticket and Vehicle Pass, both of which were sent along with your Campsite Per Person ticket.
If you haven’t received a Campsite Pass for your regular or Big Rig campsite, please contact us at [email protected]Keep in mind, if you're camping with someone else, they might hold the Campsite Pass, so double-check with your mates first.
You can have up to 4x adults max per campsite. There are exceptions to this rule with babies & small children. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we can provide you with a solution!
If you already have 4x people in your campsite, you will need to purchase an additional campsite ticket with the appropriate amount of extra people. If you have purchased a 3 person or less campsite bundle and would like to add more people to your already existing site, get in touch with us at [email protected] or 0730106600.
There will be public toilet and shower blocks available on the campgrounds, with accessible facilities also available for those who need them.
Big Rig sites will have access to water, regular camping does not. If you are camping in the regular campsite, be sure to bring all the water you will need with you!
Open flames including campfires are strictly prohibited within the camping sites and festival grounds.
Food and alcohol will be available for purchase at various events throughout The Long Sunset, however food and drink for personal use at campsites will need to be purchased elsewhere.
Please note, BYO alcohol is NOT permitted in the campgrounds.

Day 1 (Friday 31st October): 12pm - 9pm
Day 2 (Saturday 1 November): 9am - 2pm
Campground Check-Out:
All sites must be vacated by 1pm Sunday 2nd November.
Please note, once your vehicle enters the campground, it is not permitted to leave once parked up.
If you are bringing a caravan, campervan which is 4 berth and larger than 6 metres, private RV, or a vehicle towing a camper trailer, trailer, or any other towed device. Please purchase one Big Rig Pass per vehicle.
Allocation for large vehicles in the campgrounds is limited. Make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
NOTE: Absolutely no large camping vehicles will be allowed in the Event car park before or after hours.
If you would like to camp as a group, please arrive together. Camp sites are allocated on arrival. To ensure a continual flow for check in, sites cannot be reserved for later arrival.

Yes, the Scenic Rim is an especially beautiful part of the world with many sites worth exploring, especially if you wish to extend your stay beyond The Long Sunset.

If an event has been postponed and you can no longer attend the new date you are eligible for a full refund. Ticketholders will be informed on how to proceed via email.
Australian Consumer Law does not require a refund or other remedy to be provided to ticketholders if they cannot attend an event because a government directive requires them to self-isolate, for example, because they have contracted COVID-19 or are a close contact.
If you can no longer attend due to other reasons (including a COVID-related directive requiring your to self-isolate), you may not be eligible for a refund.

Yes! If you have resold your tickets or are wanting to give them to a friend, you are able to change the name on your tickets. Simply get in touch with our ticketing team at [email protected] with the name, email address, and postcode of your ticket recipient and we can action the swap.

Children under 12 years old are free. Tickets for youth aged between 12-17 can be purchased under their stipulated ticket.

Yes, assistance animals are welcome at The Long Sunset. We do request that you let us know in advance by submitting an Access Request here so we can notify our Front of House team.
Upon entry your assistance animal must be wearing the GOVT approved vest with the assistance card on full display at all times.
The Long Sunset's Saturday session will be Auslan interpreted.
