Sprout & About will take place at Kooralbyn Community Gardens on the 2nd of November 2025. Gates open at 10:30am.
Yes! There will be kids and adults workshops alike. Bring the little ones!
There will be 3 workshops operating throughout the day: 'Garden to Plate’ Session - a food inspired gardening workshop and information session led by local facilitator Jasmine Urban Farm featuring Cottage Collective. Kids workshop Space - a free-flow space running throughout the entire event with Sunflower Seed-Bomb-Making & Clay-Flower-Frog-Making activities. Pot-Your-Own-Plant Space - a free-flow space running throughout the entire event where participants can pot their own herb seedling to take home.
No food can be brought in from outside the event. Exceptions will be made in the way of snacks for families with children under 10 years of age.
No, you cannot bring alcohol into the event site.

Tickets to Qld Music Trails event can only be booked via the QLD Music Trails site.
If you require assistance and/or prefer to make your booking over the phone, please call 07 3010 6600 during our office hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-16:30).
Tickets will be emailed to the nominated email address provided during booking.
If an event has been postponed and you can no longer attend you are eligible for a full refund. Ticketholders will be informed on how to proceed via email.
Australian Consumer Law does not require a refund or other remedy to be provided to ticketholders if they cannot attend an event because a government directive requires them to self-isolate, for example, because they have contracted COVID-19 or are a close contact.
If you can no longer attend due to other reasons (including a COVID-related directive requiring your to self-isolate), you may not be eligible for a refund.
As per the Terms and Conditions and the Live Performance Australia Industry Code, we are unable to issue refunds unless the event is postponed/cancelled due to weather or changes to COVID protocols as guided by the Queensland Government. Yes! You can request a re-issue by emailing [email protected] detailing your request and an order confirmation. The team are always happy to help.
Tickets will be sent out via email during the booking process, but our front of house team onsite can assist you in locating your tickets if you need.
Children under 5 years old are free. Tickets for youth over 4 years old can be purchased under their stipulated ticket.
Yes! There is plenty of parking surrounding the event site. Parking is first come, first served.
We want to ensure that the event is inclusive, safe, and enjoyable for all of our patrons. If you have any access requirements (e.g. accessible seating/parking, assistance animals, companion tickets), let our team know by submitting an Access Request.
This form covers most access requirements but also has room to indicate additional questions or concerns you might have for our team. We will do our very best to tailor our support so that you have an excellent experience at the event.
Companion Card holders are eligible to book a free Companion ticket via this simple process:
Please submit an Access Request here inclusive of a photo of your valid carer card. The team will be in contact with you to issue you a companion ticket along side a valid entry ticket to Sprout & About.
Yes, assistance animals are welcome. We do request that you let us know in advance by submitting an Access Request here so we can notify our Front of House team.
Upon entry your assistance animal must be wearing the GOVT approved vest with the assistance card on full display at all times.
Yes, Sprout & About takes place at a community garden, but the area surrounding is grassy and flat with several sealed pathways throughout.
