By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Participants will be eligible to be awarded the Prize if they meet the competition conditions of entry.

The entry period for the prize draw is from 4:30 PM AEST on Wednesday 20 August 2025 to 4:30 PM AEST on Wednesday 27 August 2025.
Main prize;
*Crystalbrook Bailey accommodation voucher valid until 31 August 2026. Booking subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. Advanced booking is essential. Not valid on public holidays or for special events. Accommodation voucher must be presented at time of check-in to redeem your stay. Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
^Voucher expiry on 15 August 2026. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. No extensions will be given. The purchaser must advise Dreamtime Dive & Snorkel in order to transfer a gift voucher. Failure the show on your scheduled date and time will render your voucher invalid. Remember to present your voucher on arrival at check-in as without it, you are unable to participate. Treat your voucher like cash and take care not to lose it. Lost or stolen vouchers are non-refundable and no replacements are available. Any add-ons, optional activities or extras will be payable in addition to this voucher. The voucher holder will also be required to pay any price differences between the voucher value and current prices on the day of travel. All bookings are subject to availability and operator discretion. Standard Dreamtime Dive & Snorkel booking terms and conditions apply and can be viewed at www.dreamtimedive.com.
The Prize(s) are not inclusive of any additional travel, accommodation, or related additional expenses / insurances and The Promoter / organiser will not be held liable for any travel, accommodation, or related costs that may be required in association with the redemption of the Prize that is not included in the advertised package.
The Winner is required to make arrangements directly with the Providers, Reef Unlimited and Crystalbrook Collection Cairns. QMF cannot organize this part of The Prize.
The Prize(s) is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified
The Prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Thursday 28 August 2025 using a third-party digital competition generator.
The Winner will be contacted by the Instagram profile registered. Some prizes will be issued electronically to nominated email addresses, subsidiary prizes may also be issued as physical items.
First name and initial of the winner will be published to social media and shared in Email communications by The Promoter.
Winners must claim their prize and confirm contact details by return email within 5 days of the date of notification. Prizes will be delivered to winners within 1 week of the date of claim. If a winner has not validly claimed their prize within the expiry noted by the vendor(s) that prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be payable.
There is no cost or fee to enter the Promotion.
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any Participant or any other person including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the prizes awarded to the prize winners.
(b) The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion will be final.
(c) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(d) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with Participants or their representatives in matters relating to the Promotion.
(e) The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
(f) A winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize, it is the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.
(g) The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the Prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
(h) The Promoter does not take responsibility for misdirected correspondence or correspondence received late and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss resulting from transit of prizes.
The Promoter collects personal information from all Participants in order to conduct the Promotion and to complete the prize draw. If the requested information is not provided, the Participant will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw or to claim a prize and their entry may be discarded.

To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail.
By participating in the Promotion, each Participant acknowledges that these terms and conditions are legally binding.
QMF reserves the right to alter/change the competition terms and conditions to ensure clarity.
