By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. The following individuals are ineligible to enter or win:
Employees of the Promoter; Contractors or parties engaged by the Promoter in relation to this Promotion; Immediate family members of any of the above.
3. How to Enter To enter, participants must purchase a General Admission or VIP ticket to The Long Sunset between Wednesday 23 July 2025 and Sunday 27 July 2025.
One entry per ticket purchased. Entries are automatic upon purchase—no additional steps required.
4. Prize Details One winner will receive a VIP backstage experience for two, including:
2 x 18+ temporary AAA backstage passes Chaperoned access by a Queensland Music Trails staff member Side-stage or stage-pit viewing of a nominated artist’s set (subject to artist and management approval) Conditions:
The prize is valid for The Long Sunset event from Friday 31 October to Sunday 2 November 2025 in Boonah, QLD. Backstage access is temporary and valid for the nominated artist’s set only. Once the artist's set concludes, passes will be revoked and the winner will be escorted from the backstage area. The winner may nominate a preferred artist, but access is subject to artist and management approval. If denied, a new artist may be nominated (also subject to approval). The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable. Travel, accommodation, and other costs are not included.
5. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be randomly selected after the promotion closes. The winner will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. The winner must be 18 years or older and present valid photo ID at the event.
6. Liability (a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with the Promotion or prize. (b) The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. (c) The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. (d) Any taxation implications are the responsibility of the winner. (e) The Promoter is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, or damaged once awarded.
