By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Queensland Music Festival Pty Ltd (ABN 67 084 526 876) of Level 5, 144 Montague Rd West End, QLD, 4101 ("The Promoter").
Entry is only open to Participants who:

*Note: QMF will provide first name, last name, e-mail and postcode of all entrants at the end of the contest period.
Participants will be eligible to be awarded the Prize if they meet the competition conditions of entry.

The entry period for the prize draw is from 5:00 PM AEST on Monday 15 September 2025 to 4:30 PM AEST on Monday 29 September 2025.
Main prize;
Terms & Conditions – Star RV Prize Voucher
· Prize valid for travel dates: 31 October – 3 November 2025 only.
· Vehicle must be collected and returned to Brisbane depot within standard operating hours.
· Booking must be made at least 14 days prior to travel by contacting Star RV reservations at [email protected].
· Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
· Standard Star RV rental terms and conditions apply, including driver age and licence requirements.
· Fuel voucher will be supplied at pick-up; any additional fuel costs are the winner’s responsibility.
· Any optional extras not included in the prize pack are at the winner’s expense.
· By entering, participants agree to the competition rules as outlined by Queensland Music Trails and Star RV.
The Prize(s) are not inclusive of any additional travel, accommodation, or related additional expenses / insurances and The Promoter / organiser will not be held liable for any travel, accommodation, or related costs that may be required in association with the redemption of the Prize that is not included in the advertised package.
The Prize(s) is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified
The Prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Tuesday 30 September 2025 using a random selection.
The Winner will be contacted by the Instagram profile registered. Some prizes will be issued electronically to nominated email addresses, subsidiary prizes may also be issued as physical items.
First name and initial of the winner will be published to social media and shared in Email communications by The Promoter.
Winners must claim their prize and confirm contact details by return email within 5 days of the date of notification. If a winner has not validly claimed their prize within the expiry noted by the vendor(s) that prize will be forfeited, no compensation will be payable, and an alternative winner will be selected.
There is no cost or fee to enter the Promotion.
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any Participant or any other person including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the prizes awarded to the prize winners.
(b) The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion will be final.
(c) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(d) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with Participants or their representatives in matters relating to the Promotion.
(e) The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
(f) A winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize, it is the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.
(g) The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the Prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
(h) The Promoter does not take responsibility for misdirected correspondence or correspondence received late and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss resulting from transit of prizes.
The Promoter collects personal information from all Participants in order to conduct the Promotion and to complete the prize draw. If the requested information is not provided, the Participant will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw or to claim a prize and their entry may be discarded.

To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail.
By participating in the Promotion, each Participant acknowledges that these terms and conditions are legally binding.
QMF reserves the right to alter/change the competition terms and conditions to ensure clarity.
