All tickets are available to purchase online - there are only General Admission tickets for this event, there are no discounted tickets for children, concession card holders, pensioners etc.
There is a limited amount of 48 tickets for this event - these are available until sold out. In order to guarantee your spot, we encourage purchasing a ticket in advance and not leaving it until the event day.

Morning tea and lunch are provided as part of your ticket purchase. Please note any dietatary requirements at the point of purchase. Any additional food and beverage required during lunch can be purchased directly from the Tavern at Dandabah or from either Poppies Cafe or the Tavern post event.

The warm winter sun at the Bunya's can have some bite to it so remember to pack a hat and plenty of sunscreen, as well as a jacket as the weather can chance unexpectedly, or be a bit nippy in the mountains. A raincoat is also encouraged. Please also ensure you wear appropriate footwear, and bring a water bottle and some insect repellent.

There is seating provided at The Bush Uni and at Poppies (Art workshop) and the Tavern (Lunch) - there is limited to no seating at all other times.
We encourage all participants to arrive at Fisher's Lookout 15 minutes prior to the start of the day.
Events will proceed in the event of rain. In the event of severe storms or lightening, participants will be contacted as events may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please ensure you bring suitable clothing for outdoor environments and all weather.

Most events are indoors and will proceed as scheduled.

Be prepared by bringing a rain poncho or a spray jacket, and make sure you bring plenty of warm clothes (and maybe a blanket). In the event that the weather prevents the event from continuing, ticketholders will be contacted as soon as practicable.
The Jimbour House Long Lunch and Mother's Day High Tea will be moved to the Hangar in the event of rain.
There is no tent or swag camping available onsite.
Self-contained caravans and motorhomes are welcome to stay onsite. Please be aware that camping facilities are exclusively self-contained, with no power, waste or water services available. A maximum of 4 people are permitted per campsite. Campsite tickets can be purchased with your event tickets for $40 for 2 nights or $20 for 1 night.

No animals are permitted in the Bunya Mountains as it is a National Park - with the exception of registered service animals.
Yes, any youth under the age of 3 will not require a ticket, however we will not be able to provide catering for anyone without a ticket.
