Queensland Music Festival is not the accommodation provider. All hotel services and bookings are managed solely by Crystalbrook Bailey.
Book an Urban Room for $240 per night (room only). Rate is room only and non-commissionable. All rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
The offer is only valid for stays between 13 October and 28 October 2025 (inclusive). No minimum length of stay required.
Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation, and the discounted rate will remain available until 30 days prior to the stay date, unless sold out earlier. The Hotel is not holding any rooms.

Pay on Arrival. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation, however, payment is not required until arrival.
Standard check-in time is from 2:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am.
Cancellations are permitted up to 4:00pm 24-hours prior to arrival. Late cancellations will be charged the first night.
All stays are also subject to Crystalbrook Bailey’s standard booking and hotel policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Crystalbrook Bailey accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with this offer or any stay booked under it. Services are provided subject to the Hotel’s terms.
