By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Trader name and address 

The Queensland Music Festival Pty Ltd (ABN 67 084 526 876) of Level 5, 144 Montague Rd West End, QLD, 4101 ("The Promoter").

 

2. Conditions of entry and eligibility requirements 

Entry is only open to Participants who:

• Have purchased a Sunset Club VIP Pass via QLD Music Trails official ticketing provider & agrees to subscribe to The Promoter's email marketing database and agree that they will be automatically opted in to marketing content from Apollo Motorhome Holidays (Tourism Holdings Ltd, thl) and CamperMate (Outdoria Pty Ltd).

Note: QMF will provide first name, last name, e-mail and postcode of all entrants at the end of the contest period. 

• One winner will receive a prize, including 1 x self-drive holiday in an Apollo Euro Deluxe motorhome, 1x motorhome campsite at The Scenic Rim Trail's flagship event for the nights of 1 November, Saturday 2nd November (maximum allocation of 4x people per campsite), $250 CamperMate fuel voucher.
• One event entry per person.
• Winner must be aged 21 years or over on the date of their entry.
• are an Australian resident.

Participants will be eligible to be awarded the Prize if they meet the competition conditions of entry:  

The following are ineligible from being awarded the Prize:  

• employees of the Promoter;
• parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to the Promotion;
• parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Promotion; or
• any immediate family member of the above-mentioned parties.
• Those who have not pre-registered and agreed to the above terms

 

3. Duration of entry period 

The entry period for the prize draw is from Friday 11 October - Friday 25 October 2024.

 

4. Details of prize and prize values 

Main prize;

• One winner will receive a prize including: 1 x self-drive holiday in an Apollo Euro Deluxe motorhome spanning the dates 31 October 2024 – 4 November 2024.
  (Valued at approximately $1,715, price valid as at 4 July 2024)
  • 5 days Apollo Euro Deluxe 6 berth motorhome vehicle.
  • Apollo Value Pack liability reduction option included. This is our highest level of cover. It reduces your liability in the event of accident or damage to $0 (exclusions apply – refer to term j). This is our highest level of cover. It reduces your liability in the event of accident or damage to $0. The Value Pack also includes cover for Unlimited Windscreen and Tyres, Undercarriage and Overhead damage (covered for accidental damage), Single Vehicle Roll Over cover, pre-purchased gas bottle, toilet chemicals, camp chairs and camp table.
  • Pick up from Apollo Brisbane branch on 31 October 2024.
  • Return to Apollo Brisbane branch on 4 November 2024.
• 1x motorhome campsite at The Scenic Rim Trail flagship event for the nights of 1 November, Saturday 2nd November.
• $250 CamperMate fuel voucher

The Prize(s) are not inclusive of any additional travel, accommodation, or related additional expenses / insurances and The Promoter / organizer will not be held liable for any travel, accommodation, or related costs that may be required in association with the redemption of the Prize that is not included in the advertised package.

Drivers must be a minimum 21 years of age and have held a full driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years.

The Winner is required to make arrangements directly with the Providers, Apollo Motorhome Holidays and CamperMate. QMF cannot organize this part of The Prize.

The Prize(s) is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified

b) Prize is for 1 x Apollo Euro Deluxe 2WD motorhome only.

c) Prize is for travel 31 October - 4 November 2024. only.

d) Prize is for pick up from Apollo Brisbane branch during opening hours only.

e) Prize is for return to Apollo Brisbane branch during opening hours only.

f) Guest must make their own transfer arrangements to get to and from the Brisbane branch.

g) Liability deposit not included - $250 authorization required on credit card with Apollo Value Pack as per rental terms and conditions.

h) Optional extras are not included but can be purchased by the prize winner at their own cost.

i) Drivers must be a minimum 21 years of age and have held a full driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years. For full license terms please refer to above terms link.

j) There are areas of exclusion for liability cover outlined in the rental terms and conditions. By accepting this prize, winners acknowledge and accept areas of exclusion.

k) See the rental terms and conditions for information on areas covered under Value Pack and for areas listed as “your own responsibility”.

l) This is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations or redeemed for cash. If the winner does not use the full length of the booking, no credit is given.

m) To finalise booking, guests need to contact Apollo Motorhome Holidays reservations team with the prize reference number, with a copy of the prize voucher.

n) If the prize is not used during the booked dates, the prize is forfeited.

o) If the prize winner chooses to extend the booking, they can do so at their own cost, subject to availability. This applies to vehicle rate, Value Pack and any additional extras. This is payable prior to pick up and will be subject to normal terms and conditions.

p) Please note that the prize is for the campervan hire component only. All fuel costs, campsite fees, flights, transport/transfers to/from airports, tolls, travel insurance, security deposits and personal expenditure are not included in the prize and must be covered by the prize winner.

q) Travel insurance is not included in the prize, and we strongly recommend it is taken by the winners before travel.

r) The prize winner will be required to present their driver's license and credit card upon checking in at the Apollo Motorhome Holidays Brisbane branch.

 

5. Date and time of draw 

The Prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Monday 28 October 2024 using a third-party digital competition generator.

 

6. Publication of winner name

The Winner will be contacted by the email address provided. Some prizes will be issued electronically to nominated email addresses, subsidiary prizes may also be issued as physical items.

First name of the winner will be published to social media and shared in Email communications by The Promoter.

 

7. Unclaimed prize draw 

Winners must claim their prize and confirm contact details by return email within 5 days of the date of notification. If a winner has not validly claimed their prize within the expiry noted by the vendor(s) that prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be payable.

 

8. Cost 

There is no cost or fee to enter the Promotion.

 

9. Exclusion of Liability 

(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any Participant or any other person including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the prizes awarded to the prize winners.

(b) The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion will be final.

(c) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.

(d) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with Participants or their representatives in matters relating to the Promotion.

(e) The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

(f) A winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize, it is the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.

(g) The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the Prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.

(h) The Promoter does not take responsibility for misdirected correspondence or correspondence received late and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss resulting from transit of prizes.

10. Privacy 

The Promoter collects personal information from all Participants in order to conduct the Promotion and to complete the prize draw. If the requested information is not provided, the Participant will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw or to claim a prize and their entry may be discarded.

11. Inconsistency 

To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail.

12. Acknowledgement 

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant acknowledges that these terms and conditions are legally binding.

QMF reserves the right to alter/change the competition terms and conditions to ensure clarity.
