A percussive artist and Professor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium, Vanessa Tomlinson explores how sound shapes our lives. 

After touring the world for 25 years and with a history in experimental music, her work considers how we listen; awakening our ears to new sounds in new spaces, with the hope that attentive listening will lead to attentive custodianship of place.
