The Prize(s) are not inclusive of any additional travel, accommodation, or related additional expenses / insurances and The Promoter / organizer will not be held liable for any travel, accommodation, or related costs that may be required in association with the redemption of the Prize that is not included in the advertised package.
Drivers must be a minimum 21 years of age or older.
The Winner is required to make arrangements directly with the Provider, Star RV. QMF cannot organize this part of The Prize.
The Prize(s) is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified
Star RV Terms
a) By entering this competition, you’re confirming you’re 21 years or older. b) The prizes include 9-day Star RV Polaris 6 motorhome rental between 26 April 2024 – 4 May 2025 pick up and drop off from Star RV Brisbane branch, 9-day Stress Free excess reduction, $500 AUD petrol voucher, unlimited KMS, and 24-hour roadside cover, $250 AUD experience voucher. The total prize value is estimated to be AUD 3,500, inclusive of GST. c) The prize must be consumed by the dates and locations specified by Star RV. d) The prize is not transferable, cannot be split into more than one hire, or with any other promos or discounts. No purchase is necessary. e) Travel to Star RV Brisbane branch (including flights) is not included. f) By entering, you give Star RV (Travvia Group) permission to announce your name publicly as the winner. g) By entering you are allowing Star RV to use your content (photos, videos) on our channels for marketing and advertising purposes. h) By entering, you’re confirming you release Star RV and Travvia Group, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram of any responsibility, and also agree to YouTube, Instagram’s and Facebook’s terms of use. k) Bookings must be confirmed through Star RV reservation team – Email: [email protected] or Call: 1800 875 018 (AU). The Prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Tuesday 12 November 2024 using a third-party digital competition generator.
The Winner will be contacted by the email address provided. Some prizes will be issued electronically to nominated email addresses, subsidiary prizes may also be issued as physical items.
First name of the winner will be published to social media and shared in Email communications by The Promoter.
Winners must claim their prize and confirm contact details by return email within 7 days of the date of notification. If a winner has not validly claimed their prize within the expiry noted by the vendor(s) that prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be payable.
There is no cost or fee to enter the Promotion.
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any Participant or any other person including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the prizes awarded to the prize winners.
(b) The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion will be final.
(c) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(d) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with Participants or their representatives in matters relating to the Promotion.
(e) The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
(f) A winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize, it is the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.
(g) The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the Prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
(h) The Promoter does not take responsibility for misdirected correspondence or correspondence received late and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss resulting from transit of prizes.
The Promoter collects personal information from all Participants in order to conduct the Promotion and to complete the prize draw. If the requested information is not provided, the Participant will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw or to claim a prize and their entry may be discarded.

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant acknowledges that these terms and conditions are legally binding.
